Hello everyone ,  I am Wendy Bahrynowski and this is my fifth year in the Lobstick 4-H Beef Club.  I am a student at Grand Trunk High School.  I very much enjoy playing sports , with volleyball being my favorite.  I have really been missing playing on the school teams but ...... hopefully next year . In my free time I love to ride horses ! I have two horses , one is a green broke mare name Pandora (who is proving to be a real challenge) and the other is an old reliable gelding named Tyson.   This year for my heifer project I picked a Simmental Angus cross named Charlotte , she should be over 1000 lbs by the end of May, with her build and temperament I think she will make a great cow.  The steer I picked this year is also Simmental/Red Angus cross named Tucker. I chose Tucker for his large frame , straight back and nice square butt. He was a little nervous and skittish at the beginning , but he has calmed down nicely and is getting used to the halter.
