Hi! My name is Alea and I have been part of the Anselmo Willing Workers Beef club since I was 6! This is my first year as a Junior member. I joined 4-H because I liked to do all the activities and spend time with animals. It doesn’t hurt either that my Beef Leader is my Grandpa, Grant Chittick, so it is nice to spend time with him doing 4-H too! We live on a big farm raising purebred cattle. I have 3 Simmental cows of my own who had healthy babies this year! Aside from the cows on the farm I really enjoy playing the piano, reading books and my Ultimate Favorite activity is Riding Horses!!!! My Horse's name is Roskco "P" Co-TRain, like off of the Dukes of Hazzard. My 4-H steer this year is Billy and he is a Super Duper Quiet Hereford! I Love him so so much! Billy loves scratches and food very much. So if you are looking for some good, fat, Yummy Beef, then Billy is your Guy! We have a booked appointment to be butchered for June 14 at Pembina Valley Meats by Magnolia (we have had many animals butchered there and they do an Excellent job) if needed.
