Hi my name is Taryn Robertson and I’m 10 years old. My family runs a cow-calf operation near Gainford, AB. I enjoy doing chores and helping around the farm. This is my first year being a member of the Two Rivers 4-H Beef Club. This year I have chosen a Charolais / Black Angus cross steer and his name is Buskem. He was born on the farm on April 24 th , 2020. When we started our 4-H year he weighed 715 lbs and he has gotten much bigger! I chose Buskem for his long body and his personality. Buskem is unique to me because of his style and the markings on his face. We have had an excellent year; he is so friendly and it will be hard to let him go.
