This gravel pit has brought in strong numbers at 151887.90 tonne from 2019-2023. *SML030071/LOC062142 - 43.86± Acre Phase 1 ONLY gravel pit, with the lease good until Oct 2029. the reclamation fees of $27,180.00 are paid and refundable to the new owner.
