Both love seats are new, TV and electronics, Aqua hot water system rebuilt, all new house and engine batteries, solar system, all 3 slides had all the rubber seals replaced, all blinds were replaced, new front steer tires, the whole roof was resealed all the work was done at Bruce Coach in Salmon Arm BC for the sum of $50,000. Seller has owned unit since 2005.
