1999 Caterpillar 2WS engine, tuned to 550 HP, engine purchased from Empire Truck Calgary, tested and good running prior to being pulled, pulled oil pan and and dropped pistons and connecting rods, pulled main rod bearings, everything appears new with recent rebuild, no paperwork from Empire but everything on bottom end was thoroughly checked before engine install, install new main bearings and thrust washer, pulled valve covers and inspect rockers and cam shaft, installed good used rockers and cam shaft supplied by Empire, did valve set, Dunlop Western Star did full rebuild inspection and returned to clear specs, many new parts including air lines, coolant lines, fuel lines and any old wiring, radiator and air to air both pressure tested, invoices and receipts all have support documents, working Webasto engine and bunk heaters, new 3 axle wheel alignment, new parts include front and rear engine mounts, cab mount rubbers, transmission cooler lines, radiator hoses, clutch and clutch brake, flywheel, rear engine main seal, coolant sensor, oil temperature sensor, oil pan heater and cord, block heater cord, air dryer assembly, axle gaskets, wheel seals, ABS modulator valve sensor solenoid, front and back drums and brake shoes, S cams, new airbags, front and rear suspension U-bolts, hood mounts, pivots, rollers and cables, spring hanger U bolts and spring saddles, radiator mounts and rubbers, A/C compressor, condenser, accumulator, pressure test and recharge, new headlights, sleeper air bags and torsion bar, shocks, height control valve, brake pots, windshields, heater valves.
