This is an estate sale. The former owner as seen in the pictures was building a home around the camper for year round living and is well build. He turned ill and passed away before it was finished. There may be a couple of windows or storage doors missing. The power is onsite. The buyer is responsible to take everything apart and remove all the building materials along with the camper by September 15 OR you can continue renting the site and keep the unit there.
