Always stored inside, new batteries, engine has 629 hrs on a complete in frame, dual ignition has 129 hrs, 0 hrs on the following, 3 blade propellor, electric starter, rear tail wheel, center of gravity and balance, 1 hrs on the following, pulse fuel pump, electric fuel pump, Gasolator. The airplane was originally built by Lawrence Froehir from Melville New York USA. Matt drove to Lawrence's place, bought the airplane and imported it into Canada a few years ago. This is a nice ultralight air plane, Matt will start the unit up but no test runs allowed. Thanks Clayton
