Trailer is missing serial number tag, a copy of registration will be given to the new buyer. If you want a serial number tag you would have to apply for it at your cost. This boat is always stored inside a heated shop all winter, owner guarantees it to be in good working order. he has no further use for it, the life jackets and fishing rods do not go with boat.
