It features a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave, a full bathroom, and a comfortable master bedroom with a king-size bed. the unit includes A/C, fireplace, sofa, table and chairs, two TVs, stereo system, power awning, power leveling jacks, and spring suspension. It is also equipped with a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 gas generator, Trailair air ride hitch, and solar panels on the roof, all in working condition. the trailer has 235/80R16 tires that were replaced a few years ago. This unit has seen light use, only being used a couple of times per year in recent years, and has been stored under cover for the past 10 years. the roof is in excellent condition and everything on the unit works as it should. the owners are local to Drayton Valley and are selling two units as they have upgraded to a larger motorhome.

Offsite loadout will be by appointment by calling the listed contact at the phone number provided. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released.
