Internet Bidding Fees: 10% up to a max of $1,500 per item
To bid online you must register for the Auction. You will require a valid credit card or a letter from your bank. There is a 10% fee for online buyers with a maximum of $1500 per item for this auction. Online bidding starts at 9 AM. You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be, able to bid. Your bid is a legally binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase.
Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within two (2) business days by approved payment. NOTE: LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 3% LATE CHARGES. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you canâ€™t do this, please call our office at 403-634-4189 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are in addition to the final bid price. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be in Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold â€œAS IS WHERE ISâ€ once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
All items purchased must be removed within 7 days of auction. Equipment located at Team Auctions Drayton Valley consignment yard can be loaded out Dec 3 - 13 from 8 AM - 5 PM, closed Sun, Dec 5 and all subsequent weekends. Off site equipment will be by appointment with the consignor and phone number provided. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released. . Failure to remove the equipment within 30 (thirty) days of the auction may be deemed â€œAbandonedâ€ and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.
Equipment located at Team Auctions Taber (Cranford) consignment yard can be viewed anytime Mon to Fri from 8 AM - 5 PM. Extended sale hrs include Nov 27 - 28 from 8 AM - 5 PM. Offsite equipment can be viewed by contacting the owner with the phone number provided.
