Auctioneers Note

Residents seeking a lost or stolen items are encouraged to attend the open house and view the Team Auctions webpage to search for lost or stolen items. If you identify any lost or stolen items, please email the City’s Procurement Division at purchasing@kamloops.ca and Team Auctions at jennifer@teamauctions.com and include: • your full name, • the best phone number to be reached at, • a description of the item including its associated auction number. The Procurement Division and Team Auctions will make arrangements to remove the item(s) from the auction and return them either to the City’s Community Services Division or the RCMP. A Community Services or RCMP representative will contact you to advise on next steps.

Online Bidding Fees

To bid online you must register For the Auction. You will require a valid credit card or a letter from your bank. There is a 15% fee for online buyers with a maximum of $1500 per item for this auction. Online bidding starts at 9 AM PDT (BC local time). You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be able to bid. Your bid is a legally binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase.

Viewing

Items located at 1665 Island Pkwy, Kamloops, BC (the Curling Rink on McArthur Island) can be viewed Apr 25 - 27 from 12 PM - 7 PM. No public access on Apr 28. No backpacks, bags, large purses etc. Will be permitted in the viewing area. Offsite equipment can be viewed by contacting the listed contact at the phone number provided.

Payments & Removal

Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within two (2) business days by approved payment. NOTE: LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 3% LATE CHARGES. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you can't do this, please call our office at 778-362-2727 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are In addition To the final bid price. Any purchases made by credit card will be charged an additional 3%. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be In Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS" once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

All items purchased must be removed by the date specified. Failure to remove the equipment within 10 (ten) days of the auction may be deemed "Abandoned" and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.

Loadout

Items located at 1665 Island Pkwy Kamloops, BC (the Curling Rink on McArthur Island) can be loaded out Apr 29 - May 1 from 9 AM - 7 PM by appointment only. Any items left after May 1 will be subject to a $50 per invoice pick up fee and the items will be transported to Team Auctions Kamloops yard at 10250 Dallas Drive on May 2. Load out from Team Auctions Kamloops yard will be May 3 and 4 from 8:30 AM - 4 PM. Closed all subsequent weekends. Offsite equipment can be viewed by contacting the listed contact at the phone number provided. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released.
