Online Bidding Fees
To bid online you must register for the Auction. You will require a valid credit card or a letter from your bank. There is a 5% fee for online buyers with a maximum of $1500 per item for this auction. Online bidding starts at 9:00 am. You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be able to bid. Your bid is a legal binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase.
Payment & Removal
Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased must be paid within (2) business days by approved payment and removed by June 15. Due to COVID-19 all payments are asked to be done electronically. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you cannot do this, please call our office at 780-542-4337 to make other arrangements. The auctioneer, at any time, can charge the buyers registration card for full or partial payment of the items and/or Real Estate purchased at the close of this auction. Bidding Fees & Taxes are in addition to the final bid price. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be in Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
Load Out Times
All items purchased must be removed by June 14 . Equipment located at 7 km south of Daysland can be loaded out: Tuesday June 8 to Saturday June 12 and Monday June 14 to Tuesday June 15 from 9 am to 5 pm. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released. Failure to remove the equipment within 30 (thirty) days of the auction may be deemed "Abandoned" and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.
Equipment located 7 km south of Daysland can be viewed Tuesday May 25 to Saturday May 29 and Monday May 31 from 9 am to 5 pm. Offsite equipment can be viewed by contacting the owner by the phone number provided.
