Auctioneers Note
Keith & Sarah have enjoyed farming in the Keg River area for approximately 30 years, and after renting the land for a few years to neighbours, they have decided to sell the equipment to the public by auction. On offer is a nice line up of medium sized equipment. Plan to attend.
Directions
(1). From Manning: Follow highway 35 north for 102 km, past Keg River, turn right onto TWP 1012 for 3 km. (2). From High Level AB follow highway 35 south for 98kmM to TWP 1012, turn left onto gravel for 3 km, farm is on right hand side.
Online Bidding Fees
To bid online you must register For the Auction. You will require a valid credit card or a letter from your bank. There are no online bidding fees for this auction Online bidding starts at 12 PM MDT (AB local time). You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be able to bid. Your bid is a legally binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase.

Payments & Removal
Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within two (2) business days by approved payment. NOTE: LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 3% LATE CHARGES. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you can't do this, please call our office at 780-834-6888 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are In addition To the final bid price. Any purchases made by credit card will be charged an additional 3%. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be In Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS" once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
