Ed and Bernice spent 27 years on their acreage until Ed passed away Oct 2015. Now Bernice is offering a very clean lineup of acreage and woodworking equipment, well-kept furniture, ornaments, and household items. This unreserved auction will be a short sale, so don’t be late!

17 km south of Peace River on Hwy 684 (Shaftesbury trail); Lot 231025B is the first left after the Mackenzie Cairn.
Online Bidding Fees

There are no online bidding fees for this auction Online bidding starts at 12 PM MDT (AB local time). You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be able to bid. Your bid is a legally binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase.

Payments & Removal
Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within two (2) business days by approved payment. NOTE: LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 3% LATE CHARGES. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you can't do this, please call our office at 780-542-4337 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are In addition To the final bid price. Any purchases made by credit card will be charged an additional 3%. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be In Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS" once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
