Here is the story on the front roof damage. Customer bought the trailer brand new. Took it to a RV camp ground that was very well treed set it up and left it to return on the weekend. A storm came and a tree broke and fell on the roof at the front of the trailer. There are a few fine cracks that you can see are taped up, the ceiling was removed as you can see some of the wood rafters are broken. This is a perfect trailer for the handy man to fix up. It was never used. A new one we priced is around $90,000 today.
