Note the engine has a possible weak head gasket or a weak EGR cooler or a possibility of something else causing while you are driving down the road every now and then it will air lock the coolant from circulating. The warning light will come on the dash. Once you stop open the rad cap it releases the pressure and goes back to normal. So unit is selling as is condition. The truck starts and runs great but the seller wants the buyers to know that there is a problem.
