My name is Calum Hofstra, I am 12 yrs old and this is my first year in 4-H. My steer is a Simmental/Hereford cross, his name is Samwich, "Sam" for short. Sam is friendly and a lot of fun to work with. He has finished well and will be a great addition to your freezer.
