I'm Ashley and this is my 9th steer, as this is my last year in 4-H I decided to go out with a bang. Instead of a Black Angus/Simmental I decided to take, Cool Whip, a Charolais cross. You won't be disappointed with him as he has been an excellent steer all year round. The steaks will be so sweet it will be almost like eating cool whip.
